Return policy
We only sell A Grade stock. All returns must come back in the same A Grade condition.
What you can return

Full boxes that are still sealed and not damaged.

Remnants if they are unused and in the same condition as sold.
What you can't return

Any carpet that has been cut to size.

Any box that is opened, marked, or damaged.
Shipping

Shipping fees are not refunded.

If you ship a return back to us, you cover the return cost.

You can drop returns off in person for free, but boxes must be in perfect condition. Damaged boxes will not be accepted.
How to return

Contact us with your order number.

Send the item back or drop it off with us.

After we check the condition, we refund the product cost only.
