Return policy

We only sell A Grade stock. All returns must come back in the same A Grade condition.

What you can return

• Full boxes that are still sealed and not damaged.

• Remnants if they are unused and in the same condition as sold.

What you can't return

• Any carpet that has been cut to size.

• Any box that is opened, marked, or damaged.

Shipping

• Shipping fees are not refunded.

• If you ship a return back to us, you cover the return cost.

• You can drop returns off in person for free, but boxes must be in perfect condition. Damaged boxes will not be accepted.

How to return

• Contact us with your order number.

• Send the item back or drop it off with us.

• After we check the condition, we refund the product cost only.
